Who Operates PICAV.APP

PICAV.APP is operated by TEE, an individual based in Malaysia ("we", "us", "the Operator"). PICAV.APP is not currently operated through a registered company entity. By using this service, you are entering into an agreement with the Operator as an individual.

Credits

Credits are used when a generation starts. If a provider or system error causes generation to fail, credits are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Refund Policy

Credits are a virtual good and, once successfully delivered (i.e. a generation completes successfully), are non-refundable. If a payment is processed but the corresponding credits are not delivered to your account due to a system error, contact us at tink10hwu@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction and we will investigate and issue a refund or credit adjustment where appropriate. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for cases not covered above.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PICAV.APP responsibly and only upload images you own or have explicit permission to use and transform. You may not upload:

• Images of other identifiable individuals without their consent
• Images depicting minors in any context other than ordinary, appropriate family photos uploaded by a parent/guardian
• Content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of any third party
• Content prohibited under Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund of remaining credits, and to report illegal content to relevant authorities where required by law.

Generated Results

Generated images are private to your account unless you choose to download and share them elsewhere.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated results produced from your uploads and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. PICAV.APP claims no ownership over your uploaded or generated images.

Availability

AI generation may occasionally be unavailable due to provider limits, safety checks, or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PICAV.APP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may not always meet expectations and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You may stop using PICAV.APP and request account deletion at any time by contacting tink10hwu@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PICAV.APP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
