Who We Are

What We Collect

We collect: (1) account information such as your email address, (2) the photos you upload and the AI-generated results, (3) payment and billing information processed via Stripe (we do not store your full card details), and (4) basic usage data such as credit balance and generation history, used to operate your account.

Images

Your uploaded photos and generated results are stored for your private account history. They are not shown in a public gallery.

To generate your styled images, we send your uploaded photo to Google's Gemini API (image generation model). We use Google's paid/commercial API tier, under which Google does not use your prompts, images, or outputs to train its AI models. Your photos are processed solely to generate your requested output and are not used by Google or by us for any model training purpose.

Other Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following third-party services to operate PICAV.APP, each of which processes limited data as needed to provide their service to us:

• Stripe - payment processing (handles your payment details; we never see or store your full card number)
• Supabase - secure database and file storage for your account, images, and generation history
• Google Gemini API - AI image generation (see "Images" section above for our data handling commitment)

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PICAV.APP does not store your full card details.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and images for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data and stored images within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

You may request to access, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting tink10hwu@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

PICAV.APP is not directed to, and should not be used by, individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at tink10hwu@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
